The Lord's Table, also known as the Lord's
Supper or Communion, is a church service instituted by the Lord Himself on
the night He was betrayed. It is one of two perpetually binding ordinances
(believer's baptism being the other) to be observed by those and
only those who are capable of discerning the Lord's body i.e. those
who have repented of their sins and entrusted themselves savingly to the
Lord Jesus Christ and His once for ever substitutionary sacrifice for sin. 1
Cor. 11 v 29.
Our church observes this service on the first
and third Lord's Day of each month immediately following the morning
service. We welcome believers to partake with us who have a credible
profession of faith, are walking in fellowship with the Lord and not under
the discipline of a like minded church.
